Guidelines
To request a grant, all not-for-profit organizations must complete an application. Prior to preparing and submitting a full application, the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation requests applicants to submit a concept paper. The concept paper should be a short, informal proposal and include the following:

  • A description of the project
  • Clear and measurable objectives
  • A list of any and all funding partners
  • A preliminary budget
  • Length or duration of the request

To be considered, the following must also apply:

  • Applicant is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization.
  • The project provides a charitable service or program in the area of pediatric health care.
